Ampz ("the App") is developed and published by LNH Enterprises LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data Ampz collects — which is essentially none.
Data Collection
Ampz does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
- No personal information is collected (name, email, location, etc.)
- No usage analytics or tracking of any kind
- No cookies or advertising identifiers
- No third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Mixpanel)
Audio Processing
All audio processing in Ampz happens locally on your device. Your guitar signal is processed in real time by the app's audio engine and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. Audio data never leaves your iPhone.
NAM Models & IR Files
Neural Amp Model (.nam) files and Impulse Response (.ir/.wav) files that you import into Ampz are stored locally on your device. These files are not uploaded to any external server.
Third-Party Services
Ampz does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The app functions entirely offline.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. There is no data to share because we do not collect any.
Children's Privacy
Ampz does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Since Ampz collects no data, we do not anticipate significant changes.
